**SUMMER UPDATE**
Due to the fact that there is no central air conditioning in German houses, there will be no purse cakes until the weather starts agreeing with me. Tasty cakes = a little bit of pudding. Tasty icing = a smidge of cream cheese. There’s no way to make a standing cake with these yummy ingredients (which I won’t compromise on)…in 98 degree weather with 100% humidity INSIDE the house.
